Green Globe Certification Question

The Design Team wishes to use Green Globe. I have done my research for Green Globe. Also, I have used the LEED rating system before on several projects, but never Green Globe. So, I have a couple questions for all of you in 4spec.com land. Question No. 1: Has anyone used it yet? Question No. 2: What are the monumental differences between the two rating systems, mainly dealing with bidding and contract documentation, does it differ from the LEED front end at all?
