Our firm is preparing specifications for a Chrysler/Dodge dealership where the Architect will be acting as the LEED consultant. We have been old that this will be the first LEED auto dealership in the country with a Gold certification - does anyone know where we can verify this - actually we would like to talk to the Architect on a similar type project, as this is our first Auto dealership with any LEED certification.

Don't know, but there are a few Honda dealerships with green roofs. The rumor is that Honda is pushing for them, but not demanding.

Not really a dealership, but our office prepared specs for the CarMax headquarters in Goochland County, Virginia, under LEED NC version 2.1. The Architect was ADD Inc., Cambridge, MA. Our car dealership projects have not been very green.
