Depends.

If it's a manufactured barbeque grille,I'd specify it in Section 114400 (barbeque grilles are specifically listed in the "Includes" paragraph of MasterFormat).

If it's a masonry grille, I'd specify it in the applicable Division 04 section, with a separate gas line specified by the plumbing engineer.

I have only specified them with residential and student housing projects, so I always had a residential appliances section, so I have always included them there (Section 11 31 00).
