Currently I am working on a project where the contractor must fill out Special Approved Discharge to Sanitary Sewer forms. The project involves a lot of exterior masonry cleaning and the owner (the City) wants to ensure that the waste water is filtered, cleaned and legally disposed of in the sanitary (not storm) sewer. Where should I put these instructions and forms?

I'd create a separate section - 04 0120.52 Unit Masonry Cleaning.

Include a reference in Division 01 - 01 7400 Cleaning and Waste Management.
