Is this for a security in lieu of retention arrangement?

I would put them in 00 62 00 Certificates and Other Forms.

David: Are you inserting the document only (i hope) or just inserting the Owner's agreement?

I meant, inserting or *editing* the Owner's Agreement?

We just decided last week to include the agreement form in Section 00 45 00 - Representations and Certifications and the instructions in 00 22 15 - Bid Escrow Documentation.
