What is the scope of the work? Is it to protect trees during construction? Is it to "salvage" the wood? Is transplanting? Is it an oil-drilling "tree"? For me as a volunteer tree steward, "salvage" and "preservation" are unusual words to associate with trees.

My initial reaction is that it belongs in Division 01—perhaps 015639, Temporary Tree and Plant Protection, or in Division 32—perhaps 329600, Transplanting.
