The structural engineer needs to prepare a section for a project that includes concrete tunnel form work - looking at MF2004 it looks like Section 031113 - Structural Cast-In-Place Concrete Forming is the way to go, any comments?

Assuming there is additional CIP concrete on the site and you already have 03 11 00-Concrete Forming for that, I would make sure that formwork is really what the SE wants -- as he may want 31 72 00 - Tunnel Support Systems.

If the concrete is Cast-in-place why does the structural engineer want to specify the type of formwork?
