Next month I'll start teaching construction documents based on the CDT at the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture at Taliesin West. Hopefully, I'll be teaching this same course (again) at Arizona State either next spring or fall. My request is this, one of my assignments is to prepare written responses to a series of scenarios based on a set of construction documents (drawings, specifications, general and supplementary conditions, and agreement). Up until this time, I've been using an old set of documents based on MasterFormat 1995 numbers for the keynoting and specifications. In addition to the fact that this set is in poor condition from two years of handling by students, I would like to update this assignment using a set of documents based on MasterFormat 2004, including keynoting per the Uniform Drawing System (UDS). All but one of my clients don't use MasterFormat numbers for keynotes, and the one that does doesn't have a project they're willing to release at this time (still in construction). So, I would like to appeal to those out there who'd be willing to provide a set of documents for a small to moderate size project in PDF format. I'm willing to remove the seals, title blocks, headers, footers, etc. to eliminate any connection to the A/Es. All I need are drawings and specifications (I'll create fictitious conditions of the contract and agreement). Thanks in advance. email: ron@specsandcodes.com Ron Geren, AIA, CSI, CCS, CCCA, SCIP www.specsandcodes.com |
