This is information that is available to the bidders. Section 02 26 23 is used when you want the contractor to perform an asbestos assessment. ID the documentation as information prepared for use by the design team and clearly specify that the document is available to bidders "For Information Only," similar to what should be done with geotech; lead, mold,or other hazardous reporting; and other on-site surveys.
