Can any of my learned CSI colleagues tell me what is the CSINext virtual chapter? My chapter has collapsed and I must select another. One option is to join CSINext virtual chapter?

It's a chapter that meets, well, virtually. They have programs about once every other month, on line. About half the members are from outside the US. Contact Daniel Hargreaves, Bob Dye, or (I think), Nina Giglio for additional information.

The future unfortunately is here.

Meet & Greets are for dinosaurs.

Virtual Networking forever.

Its kind of sad, esp for the newbies.

Perhaps not. Things I read about the next generation indicate they value face-to-face meetings, as long as they are productive. But for people scattered everywhere in the world, yes, virtual is the only way to go. And it's hard to find one time that works for people in Australia, California, and Poland!

Lynn,
Exactly which generation does appreciate unproductive face-to-face meetings? I would like to avoid working with them.

Yeah, the more unproductive, the better for retired folks.
