Looking for recommendations for concrete sealer for elevated parking garage - Cincinnati.
Reviewing sealers and traffic coatings. Coating probably above and beyond the scope required.
Thanks

I've used Vexcon CERTI-VEX PENSEAL 244 100% PLUS for parking garages where oil/transmission fluid/brake fluid staining resistance is a stated goal.

Typical spec would be proprietary.

Generic spec would be: deep penetrating 100% silane sealer that combines hydrophobic and oleophobic technologies, providing protection over standard water repellents by sealing out water, oil, grease and food staining from concrete and masonry surfaces.

FWIW: I really dislike hearing the expression "sealed concrete" as there are so many possibilities: silanes, siloxanes, acrylics, and silicates. I have to find out if the client wants dustproofing and a "sealed" appearance, water resistance, improved wear resistance, etc, and it is often difficult to get answers.
