Can someone provide a definition for this? Is laminated glass monolithic?

Monolithic means single-ply. So laminated is not, since it involves multiple layers.

I am working on a project with a northern architect, I must prove myself every time I find an error in their drawings. I believe they still think stucco over wire lath on conc/masonry is necessary even though I had a FL based masonry/stucco consultant support my position.

While agree on one level, many glass manufacturers distinguish monolithic from insulated, and laminated can be in either group depending on the presence of an airspace.
