Hi Everyone I am an intern at a small commercial construction firm. I am trying to model out how much it costs to build out an exterior wall envelope in terms of cost by component. So looking at a standard section of exterior wall essentially how much do you spend on the gypsum board, how much on the AVB, how much on insulation and most importantly LABOR.
If anyone can quickly walk me through in terms of percentages, and maybe some quick numbers you would really help me out |
