An architect client has used Kawneer as BOD for several fenestration products. As I found no downloadable product data on the Kawneer website, I contacted their area rep, who explained that they do not make product data available publicly, just to their "customers," whom I take it are not architects but rather their fabricator/distributors. I suggested if they care about being named in architect's specifications that they might rethink that. I'm otherwise speechless. Comments? |

Phil,
My local Kawneer rep has always helped me locate the area on the Kawneer web site where that information is located.
For test reports, he will email them to me, when requested.
I think you may be experiencing a terrible web site, and a not so helpful rep. |

I've had the same experience as Ronald - my local rep has gotten me information when it's not available online. |
