Does anyone produce a tapered insulation that is 1/16" per foot?

Why would anyone want a 1/6" per foot taper?
What is the percentage of probability that it would be constructed perfectly level to achieve a 1/16" per foot gradient?

Ron, I had the same question, especially remembering that code minimum was 1/4"/ft, unless that has changed. Then I figured it must be a renovation project of an existing roof. Is it, Mitch?
