Get a mockup of what developer wants to do, and let Owner "approve" the mockup, since Owner is also "paying" (or not) for said quality. Jerome J. Owner’s representative shall have free access to all work in place and shall inspect said work to verify compliance with the Drawings and Specifications for the project. Approval shall be obtained by visible inspection of the work by Owner’s representative. Contractor is responsible for simulating finished lighting conditions for review of in-place work. Work may not continue without written approval from the Owner.
