I want to advise an architect how nuts he is to call for these on a HUD financed project, to be used in a Clubhouse for Rental Units. I could condone one door, but there are several doors, including doors to a Media Center and Children's Play Area. George A. Maybe a little less for simple interior pair without need to lock. Hardware (hinges/pivots and pulls) is relatively simple when no need to lock or use closers, and often supplied by the door manufacturers. But when you start talking floor mounted closers, operators, access control, locking - you could spend as much or more for hardware as you do for the doors.
