Robin,
Try Guardian Industries Corp. for custom curved glass. They were the Basis of Design and worked with our team on a complex project that had curved glass, curved insulated glass and curved laminated insulated glass including having impact resistance rating for up to EF-3 tornado resistance. At least that is what we specified - Guardian helped with info for the specification. I am no longer with the company that worked on the project. You can look at the webcam here for the building - it is looking good:

There is a fabricator in Arkansas that has been doing "bent" glass for years including curved insulating glazing units.

There are a number of good glass benders in North America including the ones that have been mentioned previously. Add Standard Bent Glass in Pennsylvania and CristaCurva of Texas and Mexico to the list as well. While I really appreciate the positive mention of my company, Guardian Industries, we are not in the bending business. The companies mentioned purchase glass from us and do the fabrication work. We do assist you and them with the project. We just don't do the actual bending. |

I dont think CristaCurva bends glass here in Houston; they send it to their plant in Mexico.
Keep in mind that there is bent glass and then there is bent glass. A number of people can do a curved monolithic glass panel (like for a stair railing). Doing curved insulated glazing units takes some work. Make sure the fabricator you select has this capability.
