Hello all - I'm specifying a project which will have large exterior GFRC rainscreen panels. The Owner has some concerns about ongoing maintenance. I've looked online, but can't find much re: general type of cleaning required, frequency of maintenance procedures, etc. This is less to include in the specs and more to provide info to the Owner prior to his approval of this material.
Have any of you found information on ongoing GFRC maintenance requirements? If so, could you point me in the direction of said information? Thanks in advance for your help! |

Try PCI MNL 128 and 130. 130 is more for the plant/manufacturing, so I'd probably start with 128. PCI, maybe ACI, may have other supplemental info on maintenance. |
