Precast Concrete Restroom Building

Basis of design in Jensen Precast. The manufactured washroom shall come prewired for all outlets and lighting. The lighting fixtures and outlets will be part of the building. All plumbing fixtures, partitions, and accessories will be part of the package. We will be providing power to the package panel and water hookup only to the building. Doors, frames and hardware will be by the manufacturer. I know I could start w/ an engineered metal building spec, but am hoping someone can help me get partway there faster! J.
