My rule is that if it gets "plumbed" (connecting to either water supply or waste water systems), it should properly be specified by the Mech consultant. It will probably be required to be installed by a licensed plumber in many jurisdictions. J. In many cases, all of these "bike things" are provided by the same vendor/manufacturer and we want them to come from the same location. So I might create a section called "Bicycle storage and maintenance" or something like that I would coordinate the tub with the plumbing section, but otherwise keep all the bike stuff together.
