I see this topic has been brought up in the past. Some solutions have expired. In our project- some engineers are wanting to mention the Buy American Act. How might I do this so I would not have to keep repeating it? Any appropriate section to insert this in?

Gov't RFPs typically just cite a Buy American requirement by referencing current United States Code (U.S.C.) Title 41, Chapter 83.

Owners who require this (most often public) usually have it in their bidding requirements or their form of General Conditions. If it is not, I would express it in Supplementary Conditions.
