I see this topic has been brought up in the past. Some solutions have expired. In our project- some engineers are wanting to mention the Buy American Act. How might I do this so I would not have to keep repeating it? Any appropriate section to insert this in? |

Gov't RFPs typically just cite a Buy American requirement by referencing current United States Code (U.S.C.) Title 41, Chapter 83. |

Owners who require this (most often public) usually have it in their bidding requirements or their form of General Conditions. If it is not, I would express it in Supplementary Conditions. |
