I am working with a few commercial building developers that want to use ICFs opposed to wood framing. Does anyone have experience with writing the spec section? I am excited as my next door neighbor manufacturers ICFs here in Massachusetts!
I have learned so much about EPS vs XPS vs Mineral Wool and have been to over 10 of these plants over the years.

Hi Michelle,
If you go to www.arcat.com and search for icf specs, there are four companies listed there.
Call me if you need more help.

Although it is a fur piece (as we say in Texas), you might want to look into the Bautex system. the units are manufactured in San Marcos, Texas (between Austin and San Antonio).
