Zinc Countertops

You could also refer to UFGS Div 12 Countertops, which has stainless countertops (among other types), for added reference. That's what I've done in the past for custom stainless countertops. This goes back probably 20 years now, but I'd still recommend them as a starting point. That might be tough to do on a countertop.
