Is there a standard test procedure for applying tobacco smoke stains to interior finishes? Or do you know a lab that does this work? I need to test an interior finish product to make sure tobacco smoke stains can be removed, but first I need to figure out how to apply the smoke without taking up the habit or waiting a year for smoke to stain the ceiling in a cigar club. Send me the samples and box of Cuban cigars. I can supply my own matches. When do you need the stained samples by? Do you mind some burns on the samples? |

Ken: I can provide the Port. You need to keep your delicate testing equipment lubricated. |

Despite Ken's generous offer, I would still welcome referrals to a lab or standard for testing removal of tobaccos smoke stains. Michael Chusid, RA FCSI CCS www.chusid.com www.buildingproduct.guru 818-219-4937 |
