Recently I stumbled on an article in a trade magazine which is a reprint of an article from the American Subcontractors Association. The article discusses the Supreme Court construction case known as the Spearin Doctrine (US v. Spearin, 248 US 132 (1918)). As many of us remember, this has been the topic at several different CSI conventions in the past. But I think it good to revisit this topic from time-to-time.

There are other interesting articles also.
