I've been tasked with specifying an RF Neutral Roof Screen to conceal existing cell towers on an office building. It's a complete package (supports + panels) that will end up a delegated-design item, so I'm inclined to specify it in Division 13, but I'd appreciate input from others.

I have spec'd assemblies of this type by creating a section under MF 108213 "Exterior Grilles & Screens." I would probably use 108215 "RF Neutral Roof Screens" or something similar.
